【解析】

statements總體難度不高，但是對于lay off，induce，overdue，moratorium，revenue，feasibility等詞還是需要同學(xué)們平時的多多積累。另外，做題過 程中還要注意對數(shù)字的敏感度，如statement 10就出現(xiàn)了包括年份、人口數(shù)量、城市數(shù)量在內(nèi)的多個數(shù)字，千萬不要一定到數(shù)字就犯暈。其實做statement還有一個要點是聽出一些包含轉(zhuǎn)折、遞進(jìn)、 讓步等含義的信號詞，本次的statement中出現(xiàn)了不少but，however，while，利用這些關(guān)鍵詞準(zhǔn)確把握句意是做題的關(guān)鍵。
